Biography.
 

Orianne Lallemand is a celebrated French children's author, renowned for her captivating storytelling and imaginative worlds. She is best known for her beloved “Le loup qui voulait...” series, published by Editions Auzou and beautifully illustrated by Eléonore Thuillier. Since its debut in 2009, the series has charmed readers worldwide with titles such as Le Loup qui voulait changer de couleur, Le Loup qui voulait voyager dans le monde, and Le Loup qui voulait être un artiste.

In addition to her work on the “Le loup qui voulait...” series, Orianne has authored other delightful books, including La fabuleuse histoire des chaussettes de l'archiduchesse and Le Palais de l'Oiseau bleu, showcasing her versatility and creativity in children's literature.

Since 2021, Orianne has collaborated with Sylvie Joseph-Julien, further enriching her literary journey. She was also the sponsor of the inaugural traveling youth literature festival, Les Troubadours, in the United States in 2023. During the festival, she visited schools and participated in public events for children, adults, and families in cities like New York, Portland, San Francisco, and Seattle, fostering a love for reading and storytelling across generations.

Orianne Lallemand will be the main guest of the traveling youth literary festival, Les Troubadours, in 2026 in Buenos Aires - Argentina.
